CRANBERRY FRAPPE

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add cranberries and cook until soft.
  2. Remove from heat and allow to steam, then return to the kettle.
  3. Add 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water. Cook until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Cool the mixture completely.
  5. Stir in the lemon and orange juices.
  6. Pour into ice trays and freeze until solid.
  7. Serve in sherbet glasses.
