CHILLED MELON BALLS

Instructions:

  1. Use a melon baller to scoop out balls from cantaloupe, watermelon, and honeydew melons.
  2. In a saucepan, boil the sugar and water for four minutes to create a syrup.
  3. Allow the syrup to cool completely.
  4. Pour the cooled syrup over the melon balls.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator before serving in small glass cups.
