HOT CHOCOLATE

Instructions:

  1. In a small pot, melt the chocolate with 1 cup of water over medium heat. Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully blended.
  2. Add sugar and a dash of salt to the chocolate mixture; bring to a boil for 4 minutes.
  3. Gradually stir in the milk and continue to heat until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Beat the hot chocolate with an egg beater before serving to ensure it's frothy.
