CHILLED FRUIT PUNCH

Instructions:

  1. Add boiling water to the mint leaves and tea in a large pot.
  2. Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture, then add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  4. Cool the mixture completely.
  5. Add orange juice, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and iced water.
  6. Chill thoroughly.
  7. Serve in glasses filled one-third with ice.
