Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
  2. Pour boiling milk over butter, sugar, and salt. Allow to cool to lukewarm.
  3. Beat eggs well and add to the milk mixture along with the dissolved yeast.
  4. Gradually add about 3 cups of flour, beating hard.
  5. Add the remaining flour and mix well with a spoon (do not knead).
  6. Chill the dough.
  7. Form into rolls, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk.
  8. Brush with melted butter.
  9. Bake at 425°F (218°C) for 15 minutes.
