YEAST BREAD

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Crumble yeast cake and dissolve in a small amount of warm water along with salt and sugar.
  2. Mix well and gradually add all of the flour.
  3. Fold in shortening and mix well with hands.
  4. Turn out on a slightly floured board and knead until the dough is smooth.
  5. Allow to rise until doubled, then bake as desired.
