MILK CHOCOLATE CAKE

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Cream butter and gradually add sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Alternately add sifted flour and salt with sour milk mixed with vanilla.
  5. Stir in melted chocolate.
  6. Dissolve baking soda in vinegar and stir into the batter.
  7. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
