PEANUT SQUARES

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cream egg yolks with sugar.
  2. Gradually add boiling water.
  3. Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gently fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
  5. Bake in a greased pan. Once cool, cut into squares.
  6. For frosting, mix powdered sugar and butter, then frost all sides of each square.
  7. Optionally, roll in ground peanuts.
