PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Ingredients:

• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup butter and lard mixed
• 1 teaspoon soda in flour
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 3 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar in flour

Instructions:

1. Cream sugar and shortening, add peanut butter and remaining ingredients.
2. Roll into small balls and pat with a fork.
