GINGER COOKIES

Ingredients:

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup molasses
• 3/4 cup shortening
• 2 eggs
• 3 tablespoons vinegar
• 3 teaspoons soda
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• Flour (not too much)

Instructions:

1. Shape with hands and bake.
