PECAN COOKIES

Ingredients:

• 1/2 lb butter (1 cup)
• 2 1/2 cups cake flour, sifted
• 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
• 2 cups ground pecans
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:

1. Mix the ingredients thoroughly, and shape into little flat round cakes or finger-like rolls. Place on greased cookie tins.
2. Bake at a very low temperature for about 45 minutes.
3. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
