RAISIN COOKIES

Ingredients:

• 2 cups brown sugar
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup lard
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1 cup raisins, chopped
• Flour (enough to make soft dough)

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together to form a soft dough.
2. Roll out the dough and cut with a cookie cutter.
3. Bake at 400°F.
