PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/4 cup shortening
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 6 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1/4 teaspoon soda
• 1 1/4 cups flour

Instructions:

1. Knead all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
2. Roll into balls, press flat with a fork in each direction.
3. Bake as directed.
