FATTI MAN BAKKELSE

Ingredients:

• 3 eggs (beaten for 5 minutes)
• 3 tablespoons sugar (beaten for 20 minutes)
• 9 tablespoons whipping cream (add 1 teaspoon sugar)
• Enough flour to make a soft dough
• 1 teaspoon cardamom

Instructions:

1. Mix eggs and cream together, then add flour and cardamom.
2. Roll out thin, cut into diamond shapes, and fry in hot lard.
