FROZEN FRUIT CAKE

Ingredients:

• 1 pint milk
• 2 eggs
• 2 level tablespoons flour
• 2 level tablespoons sugar (for custard)
• 1 cup broken pecans
• 1 cup broken ladyfingers
• 1 cup broken almond macaroons
• 1 cup broken white raisins
• 1 pint cream (whipped)

Instructions:

1. Make a boiled custard with the milk, eggs, flour, and sugar. Let cool.
2. Stir in the pecans, ladyfingers, macaroons, and raisins.
3. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
4. Freeze in a tray or pack in coffee cans placed in snow until frozen.
