Instructions:

  1. Crush 1 1/4 dozen graham crackers finely with a rolling pin. Reserve 3/4 dozen for the topping.
  2. Mix nuts, dates, marshmallows, crushed crackers, and whipped cream. Add enough milk to create a soft mixture.
  3. Spread mixture onto waxed paper, roll tightly like a jelly roll, and coat with reserved crackers.
  4. Chill overnight. Slice and serve with whipped cream. Serves 24.
