CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Instructions:

  1. Soften gelatin in cold water. Scald milk in a double boiler, then add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Chill until ice cold.
  2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler, then stir in sugar and hot water. Cook until thick. Add vanilla.
  3. Beat the chilled milk until stiff and fold into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Freeze without stirring. Serves 6.
