FRESH FRUIT PARFAIT

Ingredients:

• 1 cup crushed fresh strawberries, peaches, or raspberries
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 cup whipping cream

Instructions:

1. Melt marshmallows in a double boiler, then cool.
2. Stir in fruit and lemon juice. Chill.
3. Fold in whipped cream.
4. Freeze in an automatic refrigerator tray for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serves 8.
