ANGEL FOOD DESSERT

Ingredients:

• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 cup nuts
• 1 cup dates (cut fine)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to moderate temperature.
2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a baking pan.
3. Bake for 20 minutes.
4. Serve warm with whipped cream. Serves 6.
