CARAMEL PUDDING

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 4 tablespoons flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 cups milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 egg whites, beaten stiff

Instructions:

1. Blend sugar, flour, and salt, then mix in the egg yolks and milk.
2. Cook in a double boiler until thick and creamy.
3. Fold in the beaten egg whites.
4. Cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
