DATE PUDDING

Ingredients:

• 1 cup dates
• 1/4 cup nuts
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Bake for 35 minutes.
3. Serve with cream.
