GRAHAM MARSHMALLOW CUSTARD

  1. Pour scalded milk over crushed graham crackers.
  2. Stir in eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Fold in marshmallows.
  4. Pour into greased baking dishes.
  5. Bake in a water bath at 350°F for 30 minutes or until firm. Chill before serving. Serves 4 to 6.
