  2. Blend in beaten egg whites.
  3. Spread a layer of crushed vanilla wafers in a dish, followed by the egg mixture, and top with apricot pulp.
  4. Chill for 24 hours.
  5. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with remaining crushed vanilla wafers.
