CRANBERRY PUDDING

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups ground cranberries
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup molasses
• 2 level teaspoons soda
• 1/2 cup hot water
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 1 well-beaten egg

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients and beat well.
2. Steam for 3 hours.
