EGGS IN BACON RINGS

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Curl bacon slices around the inside of muffin cups.
  3. Crack an egg into each bacon-lined cup.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake until eggs are set, about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove from the muffin cups and garnish with parsley before serving.
