DEVILED EGGS

Instructions:

  1. Peel the eggs and halve them lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and mash them with mustard, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise to taste.
  3. Mix in minced ham if using.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.
