EGG STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS

  1. Wash peppers, remove seeds and pith.
  2. Parboil in salted water for 3 minutes, drain and cool.
  3. Mix chopped eggs, bread crumbs, melted butter, and salt.
  4. Stuff peppers with the egg mixture and place in a buttered baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes in a moderate oven.
  6. Serve with cheese sauce if desired.
