ICING

Ingredients:

• ¼ cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons cold water
• ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1 egg white
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 6 marshmallows, halved

Instructions:

1. In a double boiler, mix sugar, water, and cream of tartar.
2. Add egg white and beat until peaks form.
3. Remove from heat, add lemon juice.
4. Fold marshmallows over hot water until soft.
5. Spread on cake, creating swirls with the back of a spoon.
