Instructions:

  1. Beat egg yolks and sugar together.
  2. Soak gelatin in milk and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Allow to cool slightly, then add beaten egg whites, whipped cream, vanilla, pecans, and cherries.
  4. Slice Angel Food Cake horizontally and fill with the mixture. Use the same mixture to frost the cake.
