  1. Form the beef and pork mixture into balls and brown them.
  2. Place in a roaster and cover with mushrooms, onions, and celery.
  3. Cover with diced potatoes.
  4. Pour in enough milk to cover.
  5. Cook until the meat and potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve piping hot.
