VEAL CASSEROLE

Instructions:

  1. Sprinkle veal with salt and pepper, then dredge with flour.
  2. Brown meat in a little fat in a frying pan.
  3. Place browned meat in a casserole dish.
  4. Add the carrot and stewed tomatoes. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Add the peeled onions and potato balls.
  6. Continue cooking until the meat and vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve with boiled rice.
