STUFFED BAKED PORK CHOPS

Instructions:

  1. Cut a pocket in each chop and make dressing with bread crumbs and seasonings.
  2. Stuff the dressing into the chops and brown them.
  3. Place in a roasting pan, cover with a sauce made of water and ketchup.
  4. Bake in a hot oven for about 45 minutes, basting frequently.
