MEAT BALLS AND TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients:

• 1¼ lbs. round steak (ground)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
• ¼ teaspoon celery salt
• ½ cup cracker crumbs
• 1 egg

For the sauce:

• 2 cups tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon paprika
• 2 tablespoons chopped celery
• ¼ teaspoon powdered cloves

Instructions:

1. Mix meatball ingredients well and roll in flour.
2. Place in a baking dish and cover with sauce made by combining sauce ingredients.
3. Bake in a moderate oven for about 1 hour, turning meatballs frequently.
