MEAT LOAF

Instructions:

  1. Combine the meats, beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture and put half in a greased loaf pan.
  3. Prepare stuffing by combining bread crumbs, salt, thyme, pepper, minced onion, melted fat, mushrooms, and mushroom liquor or stock to moisten.
  4. Add the stuffing on top of the first layer of meat, then top with the remaining meat mixture.
  5. Bake for 1½ hours at 350°F.
