MEAT BALLS

Ingredients:

• 1½ lbs. round steak (ground)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• 2 tablespoons chopped onions
• 1 tablespoon celery salt
• ½ cup cracker crumbs
• 1 egg

For the sauce:

• 2 cups tomatoes or tomato juice
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• 2 tablespoons celery (cut fine)
• ¼ teaspoon powdered cloves

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients well and roll into balls, then roll in flour.
2. Place meatballs in a baking dish.
3. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over the meatballs.
4. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
