BAKED SPARERIBS WITH DRESSING

Ingredients:

• 3 lbs. spareribs
• 3 cups soft bread crumbs
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• ¼ cup butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons chopped onions
• 2 tablespoons celery, chopped

Instructions:

1. Wipe the ribs and mix the dressing ingredients together.
2. Place the dressing between two layers of ribs and put in a roasting pan.
3. Add 1 inch of water and cover with a lid.
4. Bake until the meat is done, basting frequently.
