  1. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water or stock until tender.
  2. Melt butter over low heat and add mushrooms and onions; simmer until tender.
  3. Add turkey gravy, chopped turkey, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a buttered casserole, layer noodles, turkey mixture, and soup. Cover the top with buttered crumbs.
  5. Bake until heated through and the crumbs are browned.
