STRAWBERRY CHIFFON PIE

Instructions:

  1. Soak gelatin in cold water.
  2. Beat egg yolks and add sugar; cook slowly until custard-like.
  3. While hot, stir in gelatin and strawberries; cool.
  4. Add beaten egg whites with the remaining sugar.
  5. Pour into a baked pie shell before serving and top with whipped cream and halved strawberries dipped in sugar.
