CHESS PIE

Instructions:

  1. Cream sugar and butter together.
  2. Add beaten egg yolks to the mixture, then combine with beaten egg whites.
  3. Add milk and sprinkle a little flour over raisins and nuts, then combine.
  4. Line a pie tin with crust and fill with the mixture.
  5. Bake for 30–40 minutes, starting at 400°F for 10 minutes, then reducing to 300°F.
