GOLDEN RHUBARB PIE

Instructions:

  1. Steam rhubarb in a double boiler (without water) until done.
  2. Add sugar, flour, beaten egg yolks, orange juice, and rind. Cook slowly until thickened.
  3. Cool and pour into a baked shell. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar, add sugar, and put on pie.
  4. Brown in the oven.
