RHUBARB PIE

Ingredients:

• 2 cups rhubarb
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 2 teaspoons butter
• 1 cup raisins
• 2 egg yolks

Instructions:

1. Mix together rhubarb, sugar, flour, butter, and raisins, and pour into an unbaked crust.
2. Beat egg whites until stiff and cover the top of the pie after baking.
3. Return to the oven and brown the top.
