  1. Mix sugar, flour, and salt together, and add to the sour cream.
  2. Cook over hot water, beating constantly until steaming hot.
  3. Pour over the two well-beaten egg yolks.
  4. Return the mixture to the heat and cook over hot water until thick, stirring constantly.
  5. Slice 2 ripe bananas into a freshly baked pie shell and pour custard over them.
  6. Top with meringue made from two egg whites, sugar, and cinnamon.
  7. Brown slowly in the oven.
