ORANGE CHIFFON PIE

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Cook egg yolks with sugar, orange juice, and rind until like thin custard.
  3. Add gelatin mixture and cool.
  4. When thick and smooth but not set, fold in whipped egg whites to which powdered sugar has been added.
  5. Pour into a baked shell and chill.
  6. Cover with whipped cream.
