BING CHERRY PIE

Instructions:

  1. Fill the lower crust with fresh or canned Bing cherries.
  2. For fresh cherries, mix 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons flour. For canned cherries, mix ½ cup sugar with 2 tablespoons flour.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F and bake for about 25 minutes longer.
