Instructions:

  1. Heat crushed pineapple and sugar together for 5 minutes.
  2. Add lemon juice and gelatin soaked in a little cold water.
  3. Let cool until it sets, then add grated cheese and whipped cream.
  4. Chill in the icebox and serve on lettuce with your favorite salad dressing thinned with pineapple juice.
