TUNA FISH SALAD

Instructions:

  1. Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes, then dissolve over boiling water.
  2. Flake the tuna fish into pieces and add celery, relish, salt, and paprika.
  3. Add the dissolved gelatin and mix well, then put into a mold dipped in cold water.
  4. Chill until ready to serve. Serve in nests of lettuce and garnish with celery curls and rings of green pepper.
