GRAPE SALAD

Instructions:

  1. Wash and pare pears, cut in half, and remove cores and seeds.
  2. Spread the round side of the pears with cream cheese.
  3. Cut grapes in half, remove seeds, and stick grapes into the cheese to resemble a bunch.
  4. Place a little French dressing on the platter and place pears cut side down.
  5. Set in the refrigerator to cool and serve very cold on lettuce drizzled with French dressing.
