CANNING STRAWBERRIES, RASPBERRIES, AND BLUEBERRIES

Instructions:

  1. Pick over and wash the berries until the water runs clear.
  2. Make a syrup of sugar and water.
  3. Fill sterilized jars with fruit and fill to within 1 inch of the top with hot syrup.
  4. Partly seal and process according to the temperature and time chart.
  5. Remove from the oven, completely seal, test, and cool.
