Instructions:

  1. Let the raspberries stand for 2 to 6 hours to create juice.
  2. Cook for 8 minutes from the time it begins to boil.
  3. Lift from fire and add strained lemon juice.
  4. Place on fire and cook for 3 more minutes.
  5. Spread on a large plate or platter to air dry. Store in dry jars and cover with paraffin.
