RHUBARB CONSERVE

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Wash the rhubarb before cutting but do not peel.
  2. Wash the oranges and cut off thin strips of the yellow skin.
  3. Mix the rhubarb, orange juice and pulp, strips of skin, lemon juice, and sugar.
  4. Cook slowly, stirring constantly, until ready to jell.
  5. Add the nuts and seal in sterilized glasses.
